We always have stock for spare parts at our warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City for normal replacements. For any big problems, the spare parts, which we do not stock, will be courier from IR Singapore, it will take about 4 .. 5 days.
Our Service Engineers will be on site within one or one and half hour to solve the problem after informed by customer. For very big problem that our service team cannot finish within 03 days, we will rent the customer a piston compressor for temporary use.
But the customer should never worried about problems. Because our Ingersoll-Rand, has issued the scheduled preventative maintenance for every compressor we make. The maintenance schedule specifies all recommended maintenance required to keep the compressor in good operating condition.
